Today’s blog is about an AMAZING networking group – Entrepreneurial Think Tank for Moms based in Freehold! I talk about them all of the time because the co-founders Lynette Barbieri and Vanessa Coppes are AWESOME! My hubby thinks that I say both of those words way too much especially since I have been hanging around my Thirty One sisters.
If you have not checked out the website, please do to see all of things that this group has done not only for its members but also in the community. The group meets twice a month: one Friday (11A – 1PM) in Freehold and one Tuesday evening (6:30P – 8:30PM) at the Encore Event Center next to IPlay. The first meeting is FREE! Where else can you network with friendly, caring, professional women while learning how to grow personally AND professionally? Here is what it has done for me:
- My blogging career (WOW, did I just say that?) started as a result of a challenge from Vanessa.
- My confidence has grown from sitting quietly hoping I wouldn’t say the wrong thing to talking with everyone, if only for a moment.
- My business has benefited – NO, not by booking parties or sales. I have learned how to use social media to develop my brand and my business. I have learned what networking is really about – not just sales!
If you like what you see (after your first FREE meeting), membership is a mere $25 per month. For less than $1 per day, I mean some of us spend at least that at Starbucks (or WaWa) each day for a cup of coffee. If you want to try the social side of our group first, what better way than at our UGLY SWEATER HOLIDAY PARTY. I am currently on the hunt for an ugly sweater to wear. Bring your spouse, partner or boyfriend for a night out while you get to meet some AWESOME (there I go again) women (and their hubbies).
For $39 per person you can enjoy a 4-course dinner, open bar, raffles and more. Don’t you deserve a Girl’s Night Out to CELEBRATE – ENCOURAGE – REWARD yourself for all the craziness that the holiday season brings? Get your tickets NOW!
Hope to see you there. Have a ThirtyOne-derful day!
