Purses, Purses and More Purses

I am by no means a “fashionista”.  I am not up on all of the new fashion trends.  I am a simple girl that loves her jeans and flip flops.   So imagine my surprise when I found myself watching the Oscar’s Red Carpet event on Sunday. I was looking at the dresses and checking out the jewelry and the adorable little clutch purses.   I was even more shocked to actually be able to have a conversation about the fashions when it came up in conversation.

I know, what does that have to do with purses, right?  Well, I never thought of myself as a purse girl either.  So everyone was surprised when I started selling Thirty One.  Then I found my fav bag – the Retro Metro.  I was obsessed, I have one in just about every print and some are even personalized.

 

Then the Jewell by Thirty One collection was introduced.  Can I say, I had my doubts?  The box arrived on my doorstep and inside were the purses that would transform this “shabby chic” girl into a budding fashionista (or maybe just a want to be).  I am still a jeans girl but my purses NOW catch people’s eye.  The Mini Diamond District arrived…

The Thirty-One Spring 2015 Enrollment Kit

I LOVE the NEW Thirty-One Spring Enrollment Kit! I wish it was the one available when I first joined. So here are some of the basics….

First, for just $99, you get over $400 in product plus business supplies!  Of course, I tell my team they get me too!  I am here every step of the way to help you reach your goals – LARGE or small.

In addition, new consultants can also purchase an optional Expander Kit. This is a great way to get your hands on some additional Jewell products to show your potential customers.  You get over $220 in product for just $59!

Now, I know it may seem too good to be true but there are MORE FREE products that can come your way.  We have a Start Swell program. This rewards NEW consultants for entering orders during their first 4 months.

Month 1 (days 1-30): Enter $600 and choose any kit you want for FREE

Month 2 (days 31-60): Enter $600 and choose any kit you want for FREE

Month 3 (days 61-90): Enter $600 and choose any kit you want for FREE

Month 4 (days 91-120): Enter $600 and choose any kit you want for FREE

I have a busy life, do I have to do home parties?  

Home parties are the best way to share Thirty One.  People like to see and touch the products BUT you can JUST do catalog and online parties.  This is YOUR business and you can do what works for you. Some of my team, simply use their products and collect orders when they are at their children’s activities.

Do consultants have a monthly quota to stay active?

To stay active with Thirty-One, consultants only need to submit $200 in sales every rolling three months. A qualifying party for Thirty-One is only $200! Very easy to stay active!

Are there any additional costs?

NONE!  Thirty One does not charge you any other fees throughout the year.  Thirty One will provide you with a website and a newsletter FREE during your first three months.  Then the cost is $12.95 per month.  And you can cancel that at any time. 

How often are Consultants paid at Thirty-One?

We get paid by direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month.  You control your paycheck depending on when and how many orders you submit.

Is there training for Thirty-One consultants?

Thirty-One has AMAZING training for ALL consultants online.  There are Facebook groups.   My team group is called Rays of H.O.P.E. as well as our upline which is Beacon of Hope.  It is in these groups where you find marketing ideas, fliers, and everything you need to run your business!
