Today is PRE-wedding day craziness…. you know what I mean – last minute things to get or do and traveling to the wedding venue with 2 of the 4 dogs. Then setting up, rehearsal, dinner and then I will crash. Of course a few glasses of wine will definitely help in the relaxing department. So I figured I would share one of my favorite recipes from one of my fav bloggers www.comfyinthektichen.com. Check it out:
I’m all about short cuts, you know I am. But for some reason or the other, I prefer homemade dressings over store bought. When I make baked chicken fingers and certain salads, I whip up this simple yet delicious dressing in a jiffy! My family rants and raves over it and I laugh because it is just so easy to make. In fact, I have never even measured the ingredients when I’ve made it- it is just that simple. I hope your family enjoys this staple recipe!
Mix together 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup of mustard and 1/4 cup honey. Add salt and pepper to taste! Since I am a Weight Watcher crazy person, I use Light Miracle Whip instead of mayo. Both are really good!
Adults and kiddos alike love this as a dipping sauce for baked chicken fingers!
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup of mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- Salt and pepper to taste!
- Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
So, try it out and let me know what you think. Have a ThirtyOne-derful day!
